*OTHER FEES

  • Additional wait time will be charged over allotted time of $1.00 per minute.
  • $20.00 fee will be added for any Private Transfer between the hours of 8:30pm and 5:30am.
  • Pet Fee of 30.00 per pet will be added to all private transfers, excluding service animals.
  • All rates subject to change according to availability and peak travel times.
  • Additional fees for extra luggage may be applied. Additional fees for bikes, golf bags, ski gear can apply.

**CANCELATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received 24 hours in advanced of scheduled pick up time to avoid a full charge of reserved fare. Any fees and gratuity will be removed before charge. With correct flight information we do our best to track flights and prepare for any delays you might have to have your driver waiting for your arrival. Weather, flight cancellations and no shows will be charged unless agreed upon prior to the 24 hour period. We want to work with you, if you are making a change of date in your reservation please call and we can change with no cancel charge.

Gratuity is not included. No stops are permitted and no pets on any shuttle with the exception of service animals. During Peak Season there could be up to an hour and half wait upon arrival.

CANCELATION:

Any cancellation within 24 of reservation pick up time will be subject full charge of reservation. With correct flight information we do our best to track your flight and prepare for delays to have your driver waiting for you upon your arrival. Flight cancellations and no shows are subject to the the cancellation charge.

SHUTTLE TRANSFERS:

MTJ-Shuttle pick up and drop off to/from Mountain Village and Telluride only. During peak season please know shuttles can wait up to an hour and half. 3 person minimum required for a shuttle transfers.

TEX-Shuttle pick up and drop off to/from Mountain Village and Telluride only. 2 person minimum required. Please be aware there is no Uber or Lyft here and if you miss the first shuttle there could be a 45 minute wait.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS:

Please check in at the counter in lobby and driver will help you load and be ready to exit airport when you are ready. A 30 minute stop is allowed for any need you may have, additional time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.

GJT, DRO, GUC, CEZ PRIVATE TRANSFERS:

Your driver will be waiting your arrival curbside, and will assist you with luggage if needed. A 30 minute stop is allowed for any needs you have, and an additional $1.00 per minute after that. Cancellation Policy as stated above applies to all reservations.
